We store the account identifier and email supplied during sign-in, the projects you create, subscription status, and support messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this information to operate IsoBrief, keep projects associated with your account, provide customer support, and administer subscriptions.

AI processing

When AI generation is enabled, the brief you submit is sent to the configured model provider to create a structured diagram plan. Do not submit confidential or regulated information.

Payments

Payment details are handled by Waffo's hosted checkout. IsoBrief receives subscription status and identifiers, not full card numbers.

Your choices

You can keep projects private, disable public links, and request account deletion through support.
